SEVEN DEADLY SINS

7 DEADLY SINS is a photography piece that comments on how women are perceived in our society through the cultural lens of the seven deadly sins. Each photo, representing a "sin", portrays a woman with normal emotions and actions. This expresses how women's feelings and actions are often negatively misconstrued by society. A successful woman may be thought of as greedy. A depressed woman may be thought of as lazy. Every "sin" is represented by a specific color. These "sins" are contrasted with the unrealistic and unattainable childlike ideal of purity in the last photo.
